Welcome to the Say No To Hate Crime website

Hate crimes and incidents come in many different forms. They can occur because of hatred on the grounds of race and religion, or due to sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability.

Have you, or has someone you know, been the victim of a hate crime or a hate incident, particularly one motivated by your race or religion?

Hate crime in any form is wrong. This is why it is important that if a hate crime happens to you or someone you know, you should report it.

Reporting makes a difference – to you, your friends, and your community. By reporting a hate crime when it happens, you can help stop it from happening to someone else. You will also help the police to better understand the level of hate crime in your local area, and improve the way they respond to it.

JAN Trust is here to provide you with information about hate crimes or incidents and how to report it.

On this website, you can:

  • Find out what hate crimes and hate incidents are.
  • Find out about the different ways in which you can report hate crimes and incidents.
  • Report hate crimes and incidents using our online form.
